The hybrid board is your everyday board for less than perfect conditions. Taking Fishboards, Shortboards, Groveler boards and smashing them into one is where you'll find the Hybrid. They pull the performance from a Shortboard and mix it with the width, thickness and buoyancy of a Fish or Groveler, the Hybrid board provides balance and stability without sacrificing too much performance.
Some Hybrids can also have a swallow tail typically seen on a fish, however, they usualy combine this with more rocker meaning it will be slightly more manoeuvrable.
