RETURNING YOUR ORDER
If you'd like to return your order, this must be done within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. This excludes custom surfboards. Evri easy returns available below. Please note that returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed once arriving back to us.
If an item has arrived to you damaged, please contact us , including pictures of the damage, and we can give you a returns label to exchange or refund the product free of charge.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free returns.
Custom surfboards CANNOT be returned for a full refund - as the custom built board is made to order, parts of the board can be marked and the original packaging removed. This means the product is not able to be sold again, and therefore cannot be fully refunded. We may be able to accept the return of a custom surfboard for a partial refund or credit on your Green Overhead account.

Extended Christmas Returns
Christmas returns are available on all orders placed between 1st November 2024 to 24th December 2024. The extended period gives you until January 31st 2025 to send your order back. Returned items must be sent back unused and in original packaging.
RETURNING OUTSIDE OF THE REGULAR 30 DAYS: While you have the option to return with some extra time, anything returned outside of the regular 30 days, you'll only have the option for store credit or an exchange.

Easy Returns with Evri
We are officially offering Easy Returns with Evri. This way you can simply add your return online and drop to a Evri parcel shop.
Please search 'Greenover LTD' when searching for a retailer - this will come directly back to us. Please also include our Returns Form which you can find by clicking above.
** NOT suitable for larger parcels: Max 15kg, 120cm length and max combined length and circumference of 225cm

All that we ask is that the downloadable returns form is included inside - that way we can identify it as yours when it arrives back to us.
