Working alongside legendary shaper Nigel Semmens at the Ocean Magic factory in Newquay, Cornwall, all Pyzel Surfboards are made to order.

If you feel like you want a bit more or a bit less length or width rather than the recommended stock dimensions listed we can customise any Pyzel model for you.

All Pyzel surfboards are available in either PU or EPS constructions and custom spray jobs can also be added to every board for a small additional cost.

Estimated dispatch times are between 4 to 6 weeks for PU construction and 6 to 8 weeks for Epoxy. These times are meant as a guide only.
Please note custom orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted to the factory.
Please note that all custom orders do not include fins.
